NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES - NO EXCEPTIONS 

 

  • All Hair/ Wig sales are FINAL. Please make sure you read all of the product descriptions before purchasing bundles and/or closures/frontals. 
  • Once the lace is CUT on your unit, you are UNABLE TO RETURN THE UNIT. For any returned wig, there is a 10% restocking FEE.

Due to The  Pandemic  All  Turnaround Times Have Been Extended !

  • Bundles:4-7 Business Days 
  • Custom Wigs: 7-14 Business Days
  • Braided Wigs: 4 Weeks 

Holidays/Weekends Not Included - Shipping is an Additional 2-3 Business Days Via USPS

 

Wig Policy :

  • WE ARE NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurement size. 
  • WE ARE NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages after you receive your tracking number.
  • We at YazzyWay Hair Studio, reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after a 3 day period.

 

*Please note, Processing times vary depending on the volume of orders at the time. You should expect to receive your tracking info on the last business day of the turnaround time. However, you may receive it sooner. Please refrain from checking status until after the turnaround time has passed.
